Your agreement with Mak8it for using our services.

Introduction

At Mak8it, we provide website development, graphic design, and digital marketing solutions. By using our services, you agree to follow these terms and conditions.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to provide accurate project details, content, and materials on time. All content shared must respect third-party rights and should not infringe copyrights.

Payments & Refunds

Payments must be made as per the agreed invoice or proposal. Work will only begin after the initial payment.

If a project has started and Mak8it is unable to complete it, we will provide a refund based on the services not delivered. However, if the project has already started and later the client requests a refund for personal reasons, the refund will not be possible.

Project Delivery & Revisions

We aim to deliver projects within the discussed timelines. A fixed number of revisions will be included, and additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope will require extra charges.

Ownership & Rights

Final project deliverables will only transfer to the client after full payment has been made. Mak8it may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in advance.

Footer Branding

Projects may include a small credit such as “Developed by Mak8it” in the footer. This credit can be removed at an additional cost if requested by the client.

Third-Party Services & Liability

Mak8it is not responsible for third-party services such as hosting, plugins, domain providers, or any platform failures. We are also not liable for damages caused by misuse or technical issues beyond our control.

Termination of Services

Either party has the right to terminate services if terms are violated. Payments made will not be refunded for completed work.

Policy Updates

Mak8it reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated terms.
